All deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full using the original payment method. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with the player may be closed and any balances forfeited.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering your rajabje account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to rajabje support at [email protected].
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajabje account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rajabje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact rajabje support immediately via live chat or email. rajabje is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
3.3 Verification Documents
rajabje may request any or all of the following documents to complete account verification:

The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit for card payments (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳500. Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your rajabje balance instantly upon confirmation. Card deposits are processed within one hour. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by rajabje, though your payment provider's own transaction limits apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. rajabje does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
rajabje maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual deposit patterns, structuring of transactions to avoid verification thresholds, or use of multiple payment methods without reasonable explanation may trigger an AML review. During an AML review, withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. rajabje reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
4.5 Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. rajabje will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees of ৳100 per month may be applied to accounts that remain inactive following notification. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
BDT Only: All transactions on the rajabje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied by rajabje. Players using Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion charges applied by their card issuer, for which rajabje bears no responsibility.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports betting and casino gaming on the rajabje Platform is subject to the specific game and market rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules for a particular game or market, the specific rules shall prevail for that product. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the player. rajabje reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event or market outcome was determined; (b) a system error caused an incorrect price to be offered; (c) the bet was placed using a duplicate or fraudulent account; or (d) there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00, with the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
5.2 Maximum Payout Limits
Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets on rajabje. These limits are published within the individual market pages and may vary by sport, competition, and market type. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the calculated return. rajabje reserves the right to amend maximum payout limits at any time with notice published on the Platform.
5.3 Responsible Use of Odds and Information
Players must not use automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets on the Platform. Use of insider information or match-fixing arrangements to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. rajabje cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations, including those overseeing BPL and ICC events, in the investigation of suspicious betting patterns.
Cricket Markets
BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers ODI markets follow ICC standard playing conditions. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are governed by live data feeds.

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their own rajabje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within five business days, provided there are no outstanding compliance reviews. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
8.2 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
Any open bets placed prior to account suspension or closure will be settled in the normal course once the relevant event is concluded. Limitation of Liability and Miscellaneous

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajabje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or unavailability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. rajabje will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rajabje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds displays, and software — is the property of rajabje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rajabje.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published at rajabje.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and rajabje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
